Dilara Akman is the founder of D.I.C Agency. Born in Istanbul in 2000, she grew up as the youngest of three siblings in a household where expression and curiosity were always encouraged. After completing her early education in Istanbul, she moved to the UK to pursue her academic and creative passions. She earned her undergraduate degree in Culture, Media and Creative Industries from King’s College London, followed by a master’s in Public Relations at the London School of Economics. While living in London, Dilara collaborated on various creative and cultural projects — experiences that shaped her multidisciplinary perspective and refined her aesthetic sensibility. D.I.C Agency is the culmination of that journey — a space where culture, strategy and design meet to build ideas that leave a mark
